The Football Association Premier League Limited (“FAPL”)
Thank you for your email of 22 December 2000.
We have made our position entirely clear in our original correspondence and in the subsequent correspondence sent to you by our solicitors, McCormicks. If you require any further advice in relation to intellectual property matters please obtain this from your own independent advisors.
FAPL reserves the rights to
refer to this correspondence on any question of costs raised before any
court in connection with its subject matter.
[Note to the twats at the FAPL, we've never carried the fixture list, so
we regard this as an attempt at bullying us.]
Other than the above, and naturally save in the event of any further infringement by yourselves of the intellectual property of FAPL, this correspondence is now closed.
